Smugmug upload and view photo slow problem

The photo view and upload is very smooth a few months ago, but don't know why the download and upload photo speed is very poor. Uploaded x26 photos (6M / each) takes me several hours. Please give me a hand of the trace route record as captured below

Ouch. We're sorry to hear about your uploading troubles. Your trace route is showing some packet loss at hops 9 and 12. Can you drop us a line at the help desk and reference this thread, so we can have you run some more diagnostics? I'd like to be sure we don't reveal any personal info publicly.

Thanks and I sent a e-mail to Hero and please check it up when you have time. The hop count and ping reply seems getting better.
