Shot in really harsh overhead sun in a barn being dismantled. I shot one with flash and one with reflector. Don't remember which this was, but I liked it.

Like her expression. Feels very candid. I can't decide if the light on her hair bothers me or not. I guess not so much because her face grabs my attention. Her eyes look a little soft to me, but it might be me. Like the composition a bunch.

Even as much as you sharpened the eyes, the image is still a bit on the soft side. I too like the candidness of it.

If you have her turn slightly more profile, and leave more room on the right side of the frame, it would make her appear a little thinner and less blocky.

    Good direction though.

OK, thanks for the honesty. I really don't do post processing very well at all, and so any advice is well recieved.
