Here are a couple of shots I took on my recent flight from Orange County to Denver. The first one is the Grand Canyon. The second is a shot of the Rockies. All comments welcomed.

Nice shots I'm gonna be flying from LA to Denver to Montana soon, will I fly over the Grand Canyon by any chance do you think ???? ohhhhhh tell me yes, please tell me yes........how cool will that be, I have been down it on the back of a mule, and I have flown in it by Jet Helicopter, this would really top it off if I get to fly right over it in a Plane.

It's a possibility. The route is pretty much the same. I was lucky to have a flyover during sunset which gave the right light and colors.

The shots look bad in the camera LCD but get cleaned up pretty easily post-processing so don't be discouraged when you see very hazy images.

Thanks! I got lucky with the sunset lighting giving me rich colors and better contrast for this view angle.
