Okay, so not my finest piece of work ever, but I can't think of what to change or add. Any C&C greatly appreciated.

    WB, Em!

You know, every time I think I might be getting the hang of this here photography thing, you post something that's so full of skill, creativity and downright brilliance that I wonder if I should skip the visual arts and stick with performing instead....!

Srsly, woman. It's brilliant (like just about every image you've ever posted!)

My only possible adustment might be the background colour. It's.... well... GREEN. Really, really REALLY green. :D

I'm with Diva, though the green seems somehow .... I dunno know why .... right.

Clean. Creative take on the theme. Elegant.

Guess you need to go back to the drawing board.

    NOT

    It is clean.

    Very creative.

Actually, I am going to nit ever-so-slightly: clean up the reflection from the softbox (or window, or flash diffuser or whatever it was). Either use a gobo to mask out that one specular highlight or (shhhh... I won't tell :D) clone it out in PS. Hardly a a deal-breaker, but you're work is SO (insert multiple emphases) high class and technically solid that a small detail like that shows.

    And I'm still bowdown.gifbowdown.gifbowdown.gif

Wow, thanks for all the kind replies! Diva, good point about the highlight. I'll play with that. Thanks!

Wickedly clever. Personally, I'm liking this type of thought about perspective.

    Hi Emily,

I like your idea to start with and the colors too.

I would give more contrast to the colors to make the yellow standing up a little more
and I would also play with the objects.

Maybe you can try using only one object (or 2) ant repeat it (them)
    in a cool graphical composition...

I would also avoid using a glass with a pattern on it - to me the glass decoration
is distracting from the idea of abstract

If this is not "one of your finest" then I REALLY have a long way to go! I think it is spectacular--could see it printed large in some really mod deli or martini bar! mwink.gif

I'll add my WOW to the pile :D

I too thought the one specular highlight near the lip of the jug especially, to be a tad distracting, but its is still minor overall.
