Stormy Nights

This time of year has been unusually hot for South-Eastern Virginia. From our back deck I have witnessed some very Stormy Nights, and I thought that I'd share one of them.
Might make for an interesting thread...

Various exposure times, (set on bulb) from 3 sec. to 10 seconds. Adjusted Levels, contrast & brightness in PScs

    Wow I never have had the chance to photo lightning I am very envious!

    Tonight was fairly profitable as well... Except that the rain was coming down so hard and the wind blowing... I only got a few shots off. It was very dark tonight, with the rain and cloud cover... But the lightening brought us to daylight with it's round of strikes...
