When I am signed in and go to click on one of my unlisted galleries (slideshow), I am redirected to the create a new gallery page. The only way that I have successfully entered the gallery is from the clicking on one of the slideshow photographs on the homepage, which brings me to the gallery.

Thanks for the help.

Can you share one of the links that doesn't work - not where it takes you, but what the link is that the browser shows before you click on it. FYI, unlisted galleries require the gallery key and ID in the URL like with this one http://raymondphotos.com/Portfolio/slideshow/8028137_Urzc9 to protect the privacy and guessability of the unlisted URLs.

Since you're using a custom domain, it's also possible you have a configuration problem with the custom domain that only recently started to cause a problem. You might want to check out this thread and see if any of that applies to you.

The link that I am using is directly from my gallerias page. The actual link is http://raymondphotos.smugmug.com/Portfolio. I will check out that forum, it seems to apply

Raymond, Back in March we announced and emailed you about a change to custom hostnames. Yours is pointing at www.smugmug.com and needs to be pointing to domains.smugmug.com - that's the issue here. We can fix it for you, if you need assistance - write our Support Heroes send us your domain host UserID and set the password
to something temporary like SmugTemp123. I will log in and make the
changes or check the settings for you. When I am done you can reset the
    password.

    1. the name of your domain registrar
    2. login name to your domain
    3. change the password for your domain to smugtemp{insert_4_random_digits}

Once we have made the changes, we will let you know so that you could
    change your password back.

I didn't join smugmug until April of this year, so I must have originally setup my account incorrectly. Yesterday I emailed the superheroes with that information and am now patiently waiting. Thank you for your help. Keep it up.

    Raymond,

It looks like your domain is setup correctly. The problem is that

    http://raymondphotos.smugmug.com/Portfolio

Does not exist as a gallery or category that I can find. So the system is sending you to the create gallery page. You can create a category or gallery for that if you want and the link should work.

The gallery, http://raymondphotos.com/Portfolio/slideshow/8028137_Urzc9#619206252_GG44g, does exist. I think what happened is that I originally changed category nicename from slideshow to portfolio. Now neither work, I will probably just switch it back to how it was originally without the nicename.

Ah... so it looks like the category does not exist. That is interesting. It appears that when the category was deleted, or renamed it orphaned the gallery. I will need to check on that. It is probably a bug.

Thank you. It may have to do with the fact that the gallery is unlisted, but when I am signed in on my account and click on the category from my galleries page, it still happens.

I can see your unlisted galleries as I am an admin. But I do not see that category listed on your site. When I go to your categories tool in the control panel, I am not seeing Portfolio listed. That is why I thought it might have been deleted or renamed.

    yournickname.smugmug.com/category/gallery

Is the format for the URL. The category would be in the first position where your Portfolio is shown. That is why it looks to be Category related to me.

I see categories for wildlife, macro, Slideshow, other, landscape, travel, sharing, and my smugmug creations.

Be careful with the case, Doc says you have Slideshow and you say slideshow. Maybe related?
