HI there. I am new.
And I need some help/advice.
I love these colours and these tones. But I have no clue, how to edit my photos to get those colours. Maybe there is anyone who could help me?
here are the images (they are from stefa zozokovic from deviantart)

Do you have Lightroom?
It's fairly easy to do using the adjustment sliders. There are even some free presets that will get you fairly close.
This gave me tones in a t shirt in a family image of mine that almost matches the t shirt in the images you linked when I read the pixel data with my Digital Color Meter on my Mac. So that might be a start.
Basically, the image is desaturated a bit, and slightly yellowed, but still cool, and perhaps the contrast was dialed back a bit also. Play with the numbers I gave you in LR and see it that doesn't get you close.
