Im having the hardest time with this one.
Some days I like it others I thrash it.
I have deleted it and work on it all over again.
So far this is the best I could come up with.

    John
    Looks good to me
The only thing I can say is the trees looks very sharp and the reflection too
But the clouds looks soft to me...but it's kinda small photo
Looks like someone fishing on the right too

I need to work on my critique skills they are not very good ne_nau.gif

    Thanks

    John,
I hope you don't mind but I figured I'd try and work on my Ps skills. I definaetly think you can get more out of this photo. Don't trash it.

I just played with the contrast slider and a little USm which is hard to tell if I did it well because the pic is small but at this size I think it worked..Did you like what I did?

Yes I like what you did.thumb.gif
It gave it more punch which I was looking for.
Need to go back to the raw file and work on it again.
    Thanks.

On the "technical" side, I think the biggest issue is a lack of contrast. You need to play with levels or curves.

For the composition I think there's lots of nice elements here. I'd try a few different crops to bring the horizon up or down so it's not right in the center of the image.

15524779-Ti.gif I don't think the reflection of the entire sky on the water is helping this photo. Try moving the horizon down to emphasize the big sky. I think the trees with most of their reflection will come through and will provide a nice "anchor" to the shot.

Amazing what processing can do to your shots huh?
