Trouble uploading images

Lately i have been having issues uploading photos to my directories. Sometimes they will upload and sometimes they will not. Now when i click on add photos i get a page not found....is something going on with Smugmug?

Seems like i'm having issues again. The file says it uploaded successfully...but then its nowhere to be found...why is this happening?

Trouble with Smug mug too
I've had the same issues with SmugMug. I upload images and several don't show up in the gallery. The error log indicates that the issue is the file size. However, I purchased a Vault which it is my understanding that this is suppose to fix this issue. It won't store anything in my Vault it simply rejects the image do to file size.
