Little red X instead of uploader?

Hi,
I haven't uploaded anything for a day. Did I miss something about the simple uploader not working? I just get a little red X in the corner instead of the java thing and stuff that comes after that.
Uploader had been really good lately I thought. No more errors.
I tried the simpler 1-5 pictures/browse version, that's pretty unapplealing.
Is it me?

wow, I'm so stupid. of course that worked. I've just never seen it before. and I pretty much make and upload a new gallery every day. I'll just blame in on Vista.
