    Pretty little girl with nice expression and pose.

    White balance and colors look off. Pink hue to the face and green on the hair. All the color just do not appear correct.

    Focus looks soft too.

    Looks like you overshot on the saturation slider. I've generally found big boosts in saturation isn't a friend of skin tone. You may want to do something selectively if you really want her pink shirt and purple flower to be super-saturated. I was doing this same thing at one point with vibrance, which tended to really make faces red.

    I cannot comment on the colour tints (being colourblind - my view will vary much from yours!) but I do find it to be a trifle overdone. However, I do like the fact that the eyes are not so over sharpened to appear shopped into her face from another picture. Good call on that:) I also like the composition and expression on her face. Well done.
