I'd be very appreciative for advice. I've updated a new image link in my bio so that another image displays on the homepage. The image displays fine using Mozilla Firefox as the browser, but isn't displayed when the homepage loads using Internet Explorer.

If someone could please have a look, I'd be very appreciative. The website is [removed]

Many thanks.

The homepage image is displaying fine for me in both Firefox and IE. You may want to fix a spacing issue in your bio HTML in case that is causing a problem. Make sure there is a space before the word 'border' in this tag:

Many thanks, the front image page still occasionally loads with an error message in IE, but seems to resolve itself after the screen is refreshed a couple of times.

Just one further question... I've noticed that in Firefox and IE, the main display image in the galleries seems to take up half the screen, but when I open a new blank tab at the top of the screen in Firefox, the main image diminishes to a smaller size that I would like it to stay at. Is there a way that the smaller size can be made permanent?

    Many thanks again.

The image is hidden by you. So nobody but you can see it, when you are logged in.

Many thanks Andy, it's working fine in IE now.

The image link was displaying okay on the front screen in Firefox with the image hidden, and I'd like visitors to be able to visit the Samples gallery where the image is located and not see that image beneath the slideshow. Is there a way that it can be hidden in that gallery without ticking the hide option?

    Thanks again so much.

Things may show OK for you in some circumstances (in one browser, but not another) because the image is already in your browser cache or because you have logged in privileges to see it. Not so for others though.

I'm having the same problems with my site, but I have a slideshow on my front page and I can't even see that in IE8. I had already posted my error message in a different thread before I saw this and we may have different problems going on. But I just wanted to sympathize.
