Gallery Stats

Are the stats not working at this time?

I have a Gallery people have been viewing for the last few days, and it shows no hits.

Yesterday I even looked at them from another computer, and today still no hits.


The gallery is
Nathan & Karen , in my Wedding gallery section.

I just viewed a few photos, let's see if the hits record.

My stats are definetly off lately. A couple examples. I posted a few photos in a forum, and the hit count on the forum is significantly higher than the SmugMug stats for the images. Also, they aren't up to date. Today I got a comment on a photo that was showing no hits at the time.(obviously they looked at it to comment). Later it shows hits(hours later), but by then I can't tell if the one during the comment was ever counted. So, they're off, and slow to update.

Pamela, we're still trying to replicate this. Stay tuned, it's not being ignored I promise - though it's taking some time to pin down what's happening.

There are several galleries that are not collecting stats. I also noticed that images cant be saved unless I have the gallery set up as smug thumbnails.

We're still looking into this Pamela, I'm sorry.

Which other galleries? And to be 100000% sure on the first gallery you linked - you are certain that visitors looked at the images, not just the thumbnails, right?

Save photo is part of SmugMug Style - where else are you expecting to see that?

They said they did. I told them they had to click on the thumbnail to see the full image. Thats all I can go by, sorry.
The save photo is not a big deal. I just changed the gallery to the smug style. No problem at all. Actually, that is better in one way.

I know the "Lu & Smooch" gallery has been viewed too. she called me about some of the photos, while she is viewing with her family on different computers.

Well its been 10 days. How much longer is this fix going to take?

On September 2, I made an inquiry about my stars not working.
More than 2 weeks later and 3 new Galleries, I still don't don't an
answer from you as well as the stars working yet.

Andy said "be patient", at one point, but, honestly how long does that
mean?
I really would like to know why I have not gotten a simple reply to this
problem?
It might not be high up on your list, it IS important to me.
