So back in July I got to do my first 'solo' wedding away from my partners in Chicago. I have been a third shooter with them so this was my breakout chance, along with my wife who has become my second shooter (might I say she is darned good too!). The wedding was in Estes Park, Colorado and the bride & groom which are friends of ours agreed to be the guinea pigs. And yes I did get paid a nice amount :thumb

#1 - the locale

This is a really nice set! Congratulations on your first wedding, too. A couple of comments:

#3--beautiful! Nice detail--I'm a little partial towards the ring because it looks like mine...

    Love the action shots.

#6--Ouch, some of the guys' feet got chopped off. I'd say if you're going to chop feet, go ahead and crop higher up.

#11, 17--I like what's going on here, but it looks a bit underexposed.

    Overall, really well done!

Thanks! I agree on your comments as well #6, was a little spur of the moment as they were getting themselves sorted so I didn't have much time to compose.

11/17 maybe I can take another look at in post. I do need to work on my consistency when shooting with regards to exposure and other probably many other things :)
