Maybe this is related so I'll keep crying in one thread:

3 out of 9 files didn't upload, two of those errored as "wrong format ()" and on as "Read timed out". These erroring, not uploaded, files do not show up in the upload log.

One of the files that did upload is in perpetual processing...

Very close to being done with this.

Am getting this error when I upload (old faithful):

"We received 1 files, but there were 1 files with errors. You can find out more in your Upload Log.

Did you give us files we can handle? SmugMug supports JPEG (JPG), GIF, and PNG files. We also support most video file formats, with a Power or Pro level account."

but theres nothing in the upload log and there's nothing wrong with the pics headscratch.gif

I'm having problems uploading, the perpetual processing, and the upload log not showing anything. Must be something on their end.

Same here. I uploaded the same video at least 6 or 7 times so far. Only once did I get the "processing image" thumbnail in the gallery. But even then it still didn't show up after all.

My latest upload 6 out of 8 photos uploaded, the file format error, only 7 appear in the upload log, took 1,5 hours to process.

Hey Malte, sorry for the trouble! If things aren't back to normal now, write our Support Heroes ATTN: Doc, let's run some diagnostics from our help desk. Thanks.
