The fellow photographer I used to work with passed away, and her kids donated some of her equipment to a local photo school. One of those pieces was the backdrop stand I used to use.
I'm looking to purchase an inexpensive one, till I can build up the budget to purchase a good quality stand for on-location portraits.

I have a portable set up you can have for FREE!
I was gonna list it on craigslist for $25.
It's rough but will work, 2 sides and a crossbar.
You would have to pick it up near Philly,Pa.
Let me know if you're interested.

Now, one of the stands has a slight bend in the top of it (a little stiff to pull out), but otherwise like new. Works just fine & has been our everyday background stand for over two years. We're selling our house & moving to the city, and won't be needing it.
I was going to ebay it for $150.
