Site seems too slow for some.

I wouldn't mention this if I wasn't getting a complaint, but some of my clients and viewers have said my smug mug is way too slow. :dunno
I would like to find out how to speed it up if I can with much change.
Any help would be appreciated.

Tried to upload only 3 photos and all I get is one processing image square. It's been down for what 3-4 days?

Any news on when it will be working again?

Not sure what the definition of "slow" is, but your site loaded pretty quick for me albeit the time right now is 5:35am in Ontario.
