Going Scanner Crazy

I promise to stop after this post
When I 1st joined up, I said I was into photography most my life which is true. I also said I was never a Pro, that is not entirely true :wink Perhaps because the owner of the paper I worked for was thrown in Jail for embezzlement or maybe because it was such a short time I put it out of mind. Anywho I was for about a year +(95 -96) the staff photog for the West Hollywood Weekly here's some scans of papers that show my work. I think if memory serves :dunno I was shooting a Canon F or F1 I remember it was a honking monster









This shot was a Finalist in Photographer's Forum/Best of Photography Annual in 1993


And finally ( I thought he'd never quit ) this is me about 5 yrs ago with Talleen (grandkid) and my soon to be stolen Harley :wxwax. I am much better looking now that I'm younger :lol4



I'll go back to shooting new stuff now enough memory lane junk. Oh yeah if you don't like blame JeffW he lent me the scanner :rofl, thanks buddy :thumb

Yeah that paper or the city was/is anything but quiet
I shot a lot of let's say alternative life styles, and I was treated with much respect but those transvestites are really scary. :wow Some of them were quite honestly darn right gorgeous!! The most trouble I had was from other Photog's, especially during celebrity events.
