Being in the moment - Burstall Pass, Kananaskis Country (Alberta)

I find that it's easy to just live in the moment when hiking in nature, taking in the smell of the evergreens and the forest floor, listening to the water flowing down the creek, sometimes a distant waterfall, sometimes the wind in the trees.
Here are a few shots from a hike to Burstall Pass, Alberta. We "summited" Snow Peak at about 1:30pm. This is a nice hike because the first 4km can be done on a mountain bike, saving lots of time (and it means more time at the pub!).
