Super Slow uploading to site

I am using the smugmug add photos uploader and it is working slow. At least it seems like it. There are sometimes when it will just upload super quick, but more times it is super slow. Is there something going on today making it slow? I have tons to upload today, and right now I am just doing 100 pics, but later it will be in the 900 range.. Ughhhh

Any suggestions?:dunno
