problem ordering cards

I did email support about this but thought I should post here.

I created a card for a customer, hit "build it" so they could see it first. Then I went to "buy" it later and I can't see the option in my cart. It isn't greyed out - it simply isn't there at all.

I was able to place the order I needed by going back into the card creator, creating the card again, and clicking "Buy it"

But I can't see the card buying option in my cart under any of several albums with cards in them. I am definitely logged in - otherwise it wouldn't have let me make a card and also it knows my payment/account info.

Any thoughts?

I have successfully ordered cards several times in the past, so I do know what I am doing

Problem solved- I had it on bayphoto instead of ezprints
