Inspired by RBrogen's awesome moon shot, I thought I'd give it a go. Unfortunately, this is the best I could muster from my meager lens setup:

I did not have a tripod handy either, but I did lean against a car to help steady it. Even so, RBrogen :bow

    Good attempt, you can see it lacks sharpness.
    I've seen some pretty amazing Moon Shots posted on this forum.

    Thanks, I will keep at it. Next time I will try a tripod, mirror-up, and self timer shutter release and see if that makes it a bit more crisp.
