What is the best way to remove the glare from this football visor in Lightroom?

Thanks,

MD

You can try hitting it with the Adjustment Brush set to negative Exposure to bring down that bright highlight. However, it is possible that a large part of the glare is absolutely blank white, where there is no detail to recover. If that's the case, another thing you can try is using the spot remover tool to clone in a plausible texture from elsewhere in the image and adjust the opacity.
