All in all very nice! out of these three, I prefer the first one. Even though he has his fingers in his mouth, it seems to be a natural/unforced thing. Both eyes on the camera/you and nice framing.
The second one seems a bit like his smile is fake; It may not be the case, but it just seems that way to me. Also the sharpness/structure of the hat seems a bit distracting there. Maybe blur the hat just a tad?
The last one I actually really like as far as lighting/angle, etc, but his hand is very distracting to me. When I close my eyes, and open them again, my eyes first go to the hand, not to his face.
