Nicely done - you've got a great eye for the life of the night. The man and his shadow emerging from the shadow really make this, adding a touch of creepiness, mystery, to an otherwise mundane scene. I'd suggest the following crop, and I've screened his face and that of the woman on the left, as well as bumping the contrast a bit. I think what I cropped out was wasted space.
So a "pass" this time, eh? The only reason I'm any good at night shots is that I'm never out of the office when it's still light.
I like the crop and agree with the slight boost to contrast. I'd played with a couple of options. One leaving the full shadow of the creepy man in frame, but that put him too much in the centre of the composition. Otherwise, I hadn't done any PP other than the B&W conversion and I hadn't refined that yet, nor done any touch-ups.

Thanks for the feedback.
