Photos not uploading correctly

Strange phenomenon. Just completed an upload of my kids' photos. I converted two shots to black and white and they reside in LR as tif files. They successfully posted to my son's gallery but, despite two attempts, aren't showing up in my daughter's. I use JFriedl's plugin and it shows that it has uploaded to the gallery.

Both those galleries are password protected so we can't see them.

As best I know, Smugmug doesn't support TIF files so you should convert to JPEG before uploading or use an uploader that converts automatically (perhaps the LR uploader does, I don't know).

    Hey
I do have the LR uploader set to convert to JPEG and used the same settings for uploading to both galleries. I put in the links as I figured the heroes would be able to get in.
    Thanks for checking in,

Check the plugin, there is a setting where it elects to upload only new/changed/all. Wondering if it's seeing the image as the "same" despite being "different"? Also check the smugmug upload log:

    http://www.smugmug.com/homepage/uploadlog.mg

It'll tell you any errors. If you switch to "all" you can see which ones actually got through if there are no errors.

Did you look in the upload log in the control panel to see if any errors were described there?

When I selected the two images that were not on the site, the plugin had 0 under the 'new' selection. I went ahead and clicked 'all' to get those images to upload again. Still didn't show though.

As for the Smugmug upload log, I only see the ones that made it into my son's gallery. No errors listed. I'll retry the upload in a bit.
