Northern Hawk Owl.

Northern Saw Whet Owl. For those of you that don't know, this little Owl is the size of a can of pop.

This Rough Legged Hawk was sitting on top of a telephone pole tearing apart its breakfast and allowed me to come close for this shot. As you can see, it was a dreary overcast day.

I was lying down by the waters edge to get some shots of Red Necked Grebes when this Mink came running along the shoreline. He got to within minimum focus distance trying to figure out a way around me.
