Ahhhh, when times were free and colorful in many ways
You do have a nack for finding such cool things. Where did you come upon this?
Help me out please. I can't read the last two words on the top of the bus...."What a long strange trip......
Your photos brought back many memories Randy.....thanks

Hey Mary,
Ha, I didn't even notice words up there. I can't tell what the other two words are. Maybe I can from the original sized image. I'll check.
This was in Albuquerque, NM
Glad I could help with the memories
Good grief, I'm gone into color overload. The 3rd one is my favorite. Love the subject and the treatment. That sky is overwhelming. The last word on top the truck is " beer " and I believe it has " W / O " in front of it....meaning " without " .
See you,
Tom

Pretty cool vehicle. Colorful as all get out. Looks like nearly every part
of that bus a some kind of cool detail work done to it. Flag pole holder on the
front bumper is nice touch. The piece symbol on the flag does have
50 stars. Another nice touch.
Hey Tom,
Hope I didn't damage any color cones in your eyes
Thanks for the comments.
I figured that I'd wake ya'll up with color
Thanks Andrew
Alright Michael,
Either you have really good eyes, or you were part of that 60's scene
Thank you, I was hoping someone would count those stars. I just couldn't handle that task at 2:04am
Too flipping young and this is after all out of the way Idaho.
Probably a good thing. We did give a go at making our own bell bottoms.
Should have just stuck with straight
boot leg for all the good it did me.
Actually my eyes ain't all that great.
I just know that particular grateful dead song fairly well.
Ok..I can make out the word beer -- could be the letters W/O before it.

Thanks for looking and commenting Tom
Thanks Craig,
In person it was just as colorful. And I don't think there was one square inch on that buss that wasn't custom painted.
Great pics!

Glad you enjoyed them.
Thanks Erik
Any chance you could give a quick hint as to the processing method ... I just need a hint to get started. Thanks.

LR2 - Clarity slider pushed 100% will "get you started", but go hog wild with all the sliders, that's how you learn what they all can do
BTW, I can tell you that each and every image will respond differently to "unusual" processing, usually quite differently. You just need to keep the end look in your minds eye, and process till you get there.
This is what I regularly refer to as my "seat-of-the-pants" processing.

What amazing colors!

Imagesofhim: I think you're right!
Randy: All I can say is Amazing, simply Amazing! I love your processing! The ones of the bus looks like something you'd see on a poster back in the 60's. Also reminds me of the TV show "The Partridge Family".

If you drop it into Photoshop and enlarge it, it's pretty clear. Of course, back in the 60s we would have dropped something else.
Thanks Marjohn
Glad you liked the shots and thanks for commenting Kevin.
