Custom Watermark Question

OK, so I finally figured out something to use for my custom watermark and got it all set up last night, or so I thought. Before applying it to all public galleries, I tested it on this gallery, and once I liked how it turned out, I made a Quick Setting based on this gallery and applied it across the board.

I know it isn't an instant happening and that Smug servers have to regenerate the images with the watermark on them, but I did this at around 10pm last night and so far I still only see the watermark on the gallery I tested it with.

Did I mess something up? Were my offerings to the gods of watermarking too meager to get me more than one gallery?

PS - I purged IE's cache and checked again before posting!

Applying a quick setting to a gallery does not apply watermarks to photos already in the gallery.

Per the help page at http://www.smugmug.com/help/picture-storage

Note: Quick settings do not save gallery title, description, keywords, category, subcategory, NiceName, or theme. Applying a quicksetting to an existing gallery will not re-make thumbnails or re-watermark photos already in the gallery.

Looks like I'll have to go gallery by gallery to turn watermarking off, then back on again... I should have done my homework before I started assuming!
