Nice shot- not a bee but a hoverfly of the Eristalinus family.
Good exposure on the shot but subject is rather centred in the frame and perhaps a bit vertical - ie a more horizontal shot from the LHS might have been better. Having said that I've only ever seen one of this hoverfly family once and would have taken whatever angles I could just to get a shot
