First HS Football Game of the Season

It is great to have football back. The chill in the early morning air...

Here are a few shots from this past weekend. I used a polorizer filter but I still got some glare off of the helmets and helmet visors. I tried Lightroom to get it fixed through spot removal etc and it just doesn't look good.

    You have some nice action in these. But your backgrounds are killing you. You might also look at your exposures--some of the backgrounds are well exposed but the subject/player is not.

    Of the series, I like #2. But again, the background hurts in this otherwise nice picture.

    I like all of them, but number one is the shot. I'd crop it down to eliminate the building as much as possible, and use PP to bring the fill light up some, that'll brighten his face up.

    What I like about it is you can feel the crunch coming.
