Facebook still broken.

So, I still can't get Facebook "be social" posting working:

o Pick a photo from my gallery
o Choose Share->Be Socail
o Fill in my information
o It says my post has been posted
o Nothing ever shows up on Facebook.

Also, what are those 'th', 'sml', 'med' buttons suppose to do? I
click on them and nothing happens, they seem dead.

The first time I tried to post to facebook it asked for my login
info, it doesn't any more. the attached screen shot shows you
what it looks like when I post.

Thanks,
--greg.

    More info.
So, the above post was on my mac (10.6.1) under Safari. I just wend and tried under Chrome on my XPSP2 machine. It did post to facebook. However, look at the attached screen grab. If I click on that picture or the link it takes me to the first page of the gallery that picture is in, it doesn't take me to the picture at all.

Also, those 'sml', 'th' and 'med' buttons still don't do anything under Chrome either. I haven't tried IE yet.

Well, I just went and tried to load facebook under Chrome on XP and the link does take me to the picture and not the gallery home page. Maybe it is because I am not logged into Smug on the XP machine both when I viewed facebook and when I posted to facebook.

So, I am thinking it is a problem when I am logged in or perhaps a problem with Safari under OSX. I did go a and delete all cookies from SMUG and my custom domain (www.gregorywrightphotography.com). Maybe I will try removing all cookies for facebook as well. I do a LOT of work with this platform so I am reluctant to delete all cookies. I do have macbook pro also I can try on (this is my Mac Pro dev box).

    And more info
I went to an XP box and logged into facebook with IE 8. Clicked on that posted link to my picture and it took me to the gallery home page, not that particular photo. It appears that it initially tries to load that picture but instantly get re-directed to picture #1 in that gallery.

Just tried on my Macbook Pro and it takes me to the gallery home page, not the picture when I am both logged in and logged out of Smugmug.

Let me know if you want me to run any other tests or if you think I am doing something wrong

[EDIT] Also, why are the post links gregorywright.smugmug.com and not my custom domain?
[EDIT] Just saw another post on the custom domain thing, so ignore.
[EDIT] here is the link in my facebook page:
    http://www.facebook.com/l.php?u=http%3A%2F%2Fgregorywright.smugmug.com%2FLandscapes%2FLandscapes-Abstracts-Plants%2F7827095_2A5xG%23643563711_YBt9N&h=1bcaae052eb1974ece76659cdb0a64c3

and here is where it lands

    if that helps.

    Thanks!

Hey gfw123, sorry to hear you're having problems. In order to reproduce this and try and figure out what's wrong, can you give me a link to a specific photo this is happening with, and also what style your viewing the gallery in when you click be social.

And if you get a chance, add me as a friend so I can see your home page:
    http://www.facebook.com/scott.i.am

    Thanks!

Not sure the name of the gallery view, it is "Smumug Style" though, here is the link:

Here is the pic (the water with the blue in it):

I just had another Facebook friend try the links, and they take him to the beginning of the gallery (space needle pic) and not the beach shot, which is at the very end of that gallery.

Very strange. They actually all take me to the right page when I click the links. Okay, I am going to try a few things and get back to you....

Just to let you know, I went home and tried and got the same thing, the links from facebook take me to page 1 of that gallery, not the photo itself, which is at the end of the gallery.

So far I have tried Safari on 3 mac machines and IE and Chrome on windows. Only Chrome works for me.

Thanks gfw123, we've figured out what the problem is and are trying to get a fix pushed out as soon as possible. I'll update the thread here when do. Thanks for all your help with it, it made it much easier to track down.

    Great photos by the way.

The 'Th' 'Sml' 'Med' buttons will only activate when you have an option to send photos of a different size. So right now they will be inactive for facebook and twitter, but, if you click on Friendfeed or Tumblr they will activate themselves.

Is there a way to simply embedd a single picture from SM on Facebook?
I have only tried this once but it linked back to the gallery the image was in and I don't want that.
    Cheers,
    Monte
