Information needed

I picked up a Nikon SB-16 flash in very good condition. The guy who sold it to me said there was an attachment i could plug into the PC sync plug that would turn the flash into a wireless slave. The way he described it, the flash on my camera would triger the SB-16. Where is the best place to get a one of these? Or would I be better off with something like Pocket Wizard, or the other transevers I was referred to?

You would always be better with a radio transceiver versus an optical slave, which will be triggered by any flashes in the vicinity.
