Some casual work...
My friend and I were playing with his new camera and I was showing him my lights so we talked his wife into posing for us.
I'd like a few CC please.

#2 the pose is very awkard. Almost looks like her head is resting on a leg. The hand is awkardly cut off and lead to that for me. Also too much negative space above her.
#3 is nice but the negative space above her bothers me again.
I think you have great processing which is half the battle. The rest comes with time and experience and posting for CC. Be thick skinned and take it for what it is worth and keep moving forward.

I actually like #2 and think the pose works here. I do agree that cropping at the wrist is a little bit awkward, though and #1 looks like it's cropped just a little too close to her face. Would've liked the hair to be in the frame as well. I'm using a terrible monitor, but the tones on #1 look a bit muddy - but again, this is a terrible monitor
Her eyes look just great in all the shots- really grab your attention - and the light looks good as well.
Nice job!
