After deleting, photo still shown, Nav URL's messed up

Switch to All Thumbs style.
Click a thumbnail to load the photo in the single image screen (no lightbox).
Choose to delete and confirm the deletion.
Now you're back to the single image screen, but it's showing the photo you just deleted. Also, the Prev and Next nav links are messed up. For my site, they show http://www.ruama.com/gallery/_/0/_/Medium
If you go back to the thumbnail page, the photo is indeed deleted as expected. It just seems like it gets messed up by showing the deleted photo again on the single image form.
