I have mixed feelings. I really like the mood and colors, but I think the sky looks kind of harsh/noisy and could be smoothed out a bit. It's very dramatic looking.

Good composition and very cool idea.

it's very dramatic and composition is great..but it's over done a touch to my taste..it's more cartoony then photography

Its a cool shot but if the sky was lighter it would be better, the tops of the buildings kinda blend into the clouds.

It has a surreal look that I like, but it almost crosses the line into
painting or computer game. The processing may be a bit overdone
if you want it to seem like a photograph, but it looks interesting
nonetheless. It all depends what you wanted to achieve with the
    shot.

    It's fun
The mo' I look at it, the mo' I like it.
Intuitively I don't think it would print well, but as a screen print it's a lot of fun. That's a pretty popular shooting spot around these here parts, but you've injected some creativity into it, so hooray!thumb.gif

BTW, your Fremont troll shot is excellent.

Thanks all. I did accomplish the mood and colors of the idea I had. I just think this is a very unique take on a location that is so popular to shoot. Gothameske maybe. I had the same take as Miguel. The more I look at it the more I like it. Hmmm...maybe a new style for me. A little more NR of the sky is what I will be working for.

Miguel...thanks for the comment on my troll pan. I will probably reshoot and try to take out the concrete barriers. The lighting of the stairs against the sky is ominous looking and really adds to the overall mood.

15524779-Ti.gif This spot, while always beautiful to see, is often shot the same way. This is a totally dark, apocalyptic take on it which is extremely unexpected (in a good way!). I like it. :D

Looks like cartoonish HDR. Not that there's anything wrong with that.

It is HDR. -2, -1, 0EV. It was shot from the 12th Ave S bridge in front of the Pac Med/Amazon HQ building.
