Why would anyone take the time to photograph a Moorhen?

    I feel that way about Canada Geese. Now if I had a moorhen to photograph...

    Why? Because I live in Washington state and have never seen one. rolleyes1.gifA common bird in your area may not be so common in another.

    I think that it's a good looking bird, unique pose and you did an excellent job on the exposure!
