Happy 1st Anniversary, GF!

A year ago a new forum made sail from a safe harbour of a general People forum into the dangerous waters of figure studies, artistic nudity and other NSFW content. Over this year the GF crew wandered, lusted, posted and critiqued numerous attempts worthy of its name and goals.
I would like to celebrate this anniversary :clap by saying thank you for those who conceived this new forum, those who participated in it and of course those who steered it. :bow

And I also have a question: is it possible to replace the premoderation with post moderation? I mean, we aready have password protected opt-in option, the images posted thus far did not suffer form sensless adultness of the xxx-rated porn sites, all in all it looks we can manage to keep these waters hustlers-free. Yet the existing pre-moderation rule surely imposes a certain lag, adversly affecting the forum dynamics. :cry
My suggestion is: let it be post-moderated, like the rest of the dgrin is, at least on a probational basis. Should we realize it opens the doors to the good-for-nothing dirt-only-seeking pirahnas - we'll get back to the existing status quo. Otherwsie, we, the usual crowd, will try to keep it as clean and artistic as it was thus far - without the need of the Big Man approval for each comment or post...

What say you?

Hmm....these posts still showed as pending approval. I think there's still a one where a zero ought to be. But I agree that there's no need for pre-approval, and we'll get it sorted out soon.

    Happy 1st!!

15524779-Ti.gif - The requirement for pre-approval has, in the past, caused me to take a pass on a number of occasions. This change is very much welcome!!

IMO Yours weren't because of your status (?) and true or no, appearance of favoritism, is for practicable purpose the same.

ie: you could make a double entendre comment about some part of a model, and often, not at all tongue in cheek, yet a reply to this would be censured. The strange part to me wasn't really this stuff though. The strange part was that it was all good commentary; grade school perhaps, but in good fun, and not in the least derogatory.

Of course, with a live human censor, this all becomes quite subjective.

just the way I saw it then..times change...next~~

Well, I guess since it's a "special forum" we all need to be just a bit more careful with our comments, don't we? mwink.gif
