Customer can get into gallery but can't see photos

I have a customer who is trying to view some photos of his grandson via one of my galleries:

http://jlgoldenphotography.com/Galleries/Babies/Nicholas-Armstrong/

pass: Nick

For some reason, once he puts in the password every thing appears on the page except the photos. He is using Firefox. While I had him on the phone, I told him to update his Flash and Java plugins (not knowing what else could cause the issue). My browser plugins are up to date so I can't replicate the issue. What browser plugins are required to view the gallery?

:dunno

Thanks,

Maybe he's got javascript turned off? Maybe he's a work, and they're blocking images?

A lot of my customers are having the same issues. When they go to a gallery, just the header and rectangle the thumbs are located in load. Nothing else. The page is blank.
A few Nikon bodies and some fast Nikon glass

I'd love to help! Best is to have your customer write our Support Heroes and let us handle it. While rare, typically this is caused by: work location blocking images, social sites, or even specifically SmugMug; or, they have a browser with Javascript turned off; or, they have another issue - no matter, we can help!
