    Looks like that would be very difficult to walk through and uphill at that!

    Thank you Danny. I caught this first thing in the morning as a storm was leaving. It gets quiet out there, but when everything is just a little damp, all the critters and varmints don't seem to know what to make of it, and sleep in.

    Nothing to it, just watch for snakes, scorpions, cactus, loose rocks, holes, deep holes, deeper holes ... oh yeah, & mountain lions.

    The trail goes into the center of the canyon wall ahead, then up through the rocks and on to the other side where it's just as pretty. I spent two days there winding up a five day trip. Hopefully I can get myself out there next month to get to the really pretty stuff.
