nice shots
I like the first one, those carp are huge, makes you wonder why they don't come gulp up a duck dinner!, I also think their white bodies adds a nice contrast to the ducks and the water.

Also a very nice shot of a Heron, too bad he wasn't headed your way, this is the view I usually get also.
