Great shot, Skippy! I really love the blue lighting reflecting off the water.

I have a tip for you though. Well not really a tip, but something to keep in mind. Disney's California Adventure is a VERY photographic place at night. However, sometimes the security can be jerks about letting tripods in. Sometimes they won't allow them. Hopefully you can get in with it. I would love to see some great night photos from there.

Thank you for that piece of information........ dates getting closer and closer, just 4 weeks to go now whooooooohoooooo clap.gifclap.gif Skippy (Australia)

John we were just unfortunate that it was so cloudy, and threatening to rain, lucky for us it only spat a couple of times, but not even enough for us to need to pack up our gear.

Melbourne City is very beautiful, thought it is a place I would be lucky to visit maybe once or twice a year.....mostly because of work commitments.

We were very very pleased with the results we got on Sunday Night, and we both want to go back again....thank you for your kind words.

I'm leaving in 4 weeks time........but I am not sure what my hosts have planned for Ohio.....I know we are suppose to be driving down to Oklahoma to attend a wedding so until I actually get to Ohio I really don't know what we'll be doing.

First week will be in California, next three weeks will be in Montana, and the three weeks after that will be in Ohio..

This is not a trip I am doing on my own, I'm actually staying with friends I haven't seen in 4 years, so there's a lot of catching up to do......little bit hard to make any kind of arrangements.

Gosh your very thoughtful, but it may not work out this time around.

    Hi Scott
Which monopod is this? I've been looking for one like this...
    The Monopod I have is a Manfrotto a 682B serial 682B/MF10
The legs hide in the foot, so if you need them they are there, and if not they are neatly tucked away :D

There are several models I believe that have the legs that hide in the foot.

Check out the Manfrotto Website ........ Skippy (Australia)
