    It is, in fact, a hadmade silver cross that I made (I'm a silver/gold smith among other things) hanging from a piece of black button thread in front of back foamboard and some creative lighting in my basement. John

    FWIW, I figured it was a cross, but why it is moving in such a linear manner I think is the question that is hard to answer, and will weaken the picture in this round. Nice abstract, though.
