Clouds bursting over the mountains . . .

What a way to greet the morning.

This shot was taken at a remote location where we do a lot of back country camping.

This mountainous area provides a variety of cloud activity. Clouds form quickly and can then vanish just as fast, giving way to clear blue skies . . .

Great shot, but I'd like to see a bit more of the foreground.

Agree. Understand you not wanting to give up any of those beautiful clouds, but think we need more foreground to balance & anchor the shot.

Thanks dyuhas. I agree there should be more foreground. At the time my back was against the forest and that was my max wide angle. Of course, if I was thinking, I should have taken a number of shots and created a panoramic picture. Peter<smile></smile>

Hi Peter, fantastic! I like the composition as it is, as it just gives more energy to the implied motion of the clouds. Just wonderful! :D
