A Little Lake by our Home... (HDR)

This caught my eye this morning on my way to work. I stopped to take a few pics. Here is one of them. It is an HDR photo from 3 exposures blended in Photomatix and finished in LR2.5.
Please give me your thoughts.

Very nicely done; looks natural to me. It is a lovely scene. Love the mist that comes off the lakes...

May I please ask your opinion on another version of the same picture. This one is not cropped quite as tight. What are your feelings between the two of them?
