I think the colors in number one are great. I even think the skewed horizon works for some strange reason. Was she on a hill? Interesting photo.

I think the skewed horizon works because the vertical baloons tell us its a hill and not just tilted. Great colors. The sillohuetes aren't working for me here. Not sure why, just not.

I really liked the silhouettes when I clicked them in the camera, but I've cropped, re-cropped and edited all different ways and can't get anything I really like in the end. You're right on the first shot -- on a hill and laying in grass below her. Kinda wish I would have put that horizon line just a bit higher.
