Almost 14000 feet above the sea level sits the chandra telescope.
From there you can see the Hanle Basin. At the edge rises a small hill, on top of which lies the Hanle Monastery.

Actually visiting Hanle was part of our 5000kms journey by road. We did the Ladakh region and Kashmir(In Western Himalayas, in India).
I took around 1500 pics in the trip, and I am glad I shot all RAW.
But I am wondering if the moderators will kill me if I start a new thread with hundreds of pics.
