I'm not really into Photoshop filters or hand coloring.
Do you think this is overkill?
This is a tight crop on an old fashin shot I did in the 80's.

    It's an interesting manipulation, more painterly in quality, than photographic. I think, I like it.

    agree, it's more like a painting than a photo. try just the lips maybe, and do the eyes less painterly or leave them bw....
