Watermark problems - yours not mine

I am trying to change up my watermarks a little bit, but when I try to use the fade slider it slides to 135 or 225. I am not able to slide to exactly 67% or whatever number I want. So instead of creating a new one I tried to adjust an old one and I had the same problems.

Please take a look and let me know what I need to do. It just seemed like a bug to me. :dunno

can you input the number in the box itself, not using the slider?
