Gallery settings are changing on their own

I posted this problem awhile back -- but it is happening again.
When I download photos the "proof" watermark shows up on my new photos. Also I see in my gallery settings the watermark setting has been changed back to the "smugmug".
I didn't change it back to smugmug and yes -- I had set it to my setting of gray corner 1
This is the second time I've come across this in the last two days.
Hopefully you can tell me how this is happening and what I can do to prevent it.
I'm in the process of re-organinzing and re-editing my photos so having this pop up is kind of a irritant, but I'm more concerned on why this is happening.
I've left my gallery setting alone so you can take a look at it. It's this gallery.

I don't use the quick settings. All my galleries - when set up - are done individually. SmugBrowser? Oh I just looked "not to smart" by asking about SmugBrowser

I don't have Firefox so that helps with me not knowing about SmugBrowser
Oh well.....guess it will just happen when it wants to then.

Hi Andy -- I changed it awhile ago.
Wish I knew why it was happening because it can make an old lady feel like she's going crazy
